Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Gensail is built from the ground up for healthcare. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, with full audit logging and SOC 2-ready architecture. We sign BAAs with every customer.

Does this replace my front desk staff?

No. Gensail works alongside your team. Analytics coaches them to get better. Engage handles the follow-up calls they don't have time for. Assistant picks up the overflow. Your staff focuses on the patients in front of them.

How does Gensail integrate with my practice management system?

We integrate through dental PMS aggregation partners, giving us access to scheduling, patient records, treatment plans, and insurance data. No custom IT work required.

How long does setup take?

What if a patient prefers to talk to a human?
